Espíritu Navideño

Some Christmases live in shop windows. Ours lives at the long table. When the house fills with people who want to stay — through the last slow song, until the last candle burns out — the bed and the throws stop being a background and become the embrace itself. Christmas Spirit gathers heavy, plush pieces in the palette December asks for: deep burgundy like embers before sleep, forest green like a freshly cut pine, beeswax cream, and hints of oxidized gold that only reveal themselves after the room's lights go down. No cartoon elves, no cheap LED strings — only materials that warm you for real, and colours you already know by heart. Plush throws for when the living room turns into a guest bedroom. Winter comforters whose weight makes December 24th nights the deepest sleep of the year. Details you still want on your bed a month later — because Christmas, at Casa Almendro, is not tucked away on January 6th. It stays until winter itself leaves.
